Halls of residence at The University of Manchester

We offer a range of University of Manchester student halls accommodation to students joining the English Summer Programme. 

All University accommodation is competitively priced and includes:

• utility bills (gas, electricity, water);
• high-speed internet access;
• laundry facilities;
• 24-hour/7 days a week 'ResLife' team supporting students throughout their stay;
• personal possessions insurance.

Hulme Hall: £182 per week, per person

Hulme Hall is self-catering accommodation in single-bedded rooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Hulme Hall is part of the Victoria Park Residences and a short walk from the University campus.

Booking availability is between Saturday, 4 July 2026 and Saturday, 12 September 2026 inclusive.

Please indicate accommodation requirements on the group booking form or please email ucae-hall-bookings@manchester.ac.uk if you are an individual student. 

Where possible, accommodation bookings should be made 4-weeks in advance of your arrival.
