Reception hours: The office is open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday. 

If you have any questions about IELTS please contact our administration team. Please note we are a busy test centre and as such the best way to contact the team is via email: ielts@manchester.ac.uk.

We try to answer all queries as soon as possible but at least within 24 hours, or 48 hours at the weekend.
