Reception hours: The office is open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday. (Open on Saturdays for IELTS tests only)

Please note that any requests to change your test booking, for example to cancel or transfer your test date, or update your test day ID document, must be made in writing by 3pm (GMT/BST) two days prior to the test date to qualify. For example, by 3pm on Thursday for a Saturday test date. 

We are a busy test centre and as such the best way to contact the team is via email: ielts@manchester.ac.uk We try to answer all queries as soon as possible but at least within 24 hours, or 48 hours at the weekend.
