Developing assessment centre confidence
This workshop is designed to develop students' confidence when taking part in typical UK assessment centre activities. It raises awareness of employers' expectations and identifies approaches that help you to perform at your best.
Practise in a supportive environment
You'll take part in a realistic group exercise similar to those used by employers, giving you the opportunity to practise contributing ideas, working collaboratively and reaching decisions as part of a team. Along the way, you'll learn strategies for communicating confidently and making a positive impression.
As part of the session, you'll have the opportunity to receive and give feedback, helping you identify your strengths and areas for development. This reflective approach will help you build confidence and prepare more effectively for future recruitment activities.
