We understand that travelling to a new country comes with some challenges. When you come to study at the University Centre for Academic English, our friendly and dedicated team are here to support you as you settle in and throughout your studies.
Throughout your course, our Student Support and Experience Coordinator will provide advice and information about:

- non-academic welfare matters affecting everyday life;
- health and wellbeing;
- medical treatment and services in the UK, including registering with a GP;
- staying safe, including information about the police, security, fraud and scams;
- financial matters, including opening a UK bank account;
- accommodation;
- childcare;
- immigration matters;
- culture and diversity.
