Pre-sessional 10 week (April) Online – how to apply
This year, we are offering a 10-week Online Pre-sessional course with an April start date. The course content is the same as the 10-week course starting in July, but with an earlier start date. Please note that you can only study on one Pre-sessional course. If you choose to study in April, you would not be able to attend the July or August Pre-sessional courses.
To be eligible, you must already hold an offer for a degree course at The University of Manchester, or another UK university. If you hold an offer from another UK university, please check with the admissions contacts at that university to confirm they will accept the results of a University of Manchester Pre-sessional course, before you apply.
You will need access to a laptop to access our course materials whilst studying on campus or online.
Please note that UK Visa requirements do not permit student visa holders to study online from within the UK. If you require a visa to study in the UK, you must study your online pre-sessional course from outside the UK. If you choose to travel to the UK during your online pre-sessional course you will be withdrawn from the course to meet UKVI regulations.
