Faculty-based workshops
We offer academic writing workshops to all PhD candidates. These are delivered through the Researcher Development office in Manchester Doctoral College.
Each workshop is two to three hours long depending on your Faculty. Most are online, but we also offer some in-person.
These workshops offer a first-stop opportunity for discussion on your doctoral thesis:
- what does it look like?
- what are readers expectations?
- how can you make your writing more impactful?
